This panel will create a space for honest dialogue about historical and current challenges of Black alumni from the 1960's and the Black student movement to the present. The focus of this panel will be on reflection, examination and exploration via sharing advice with the current generation of students in higher education. This conversation will spur agency, engagement and advocacy with Black alumni across generations - and with their Universities

The future of Black Alumni Associations depends on the retention and successful matriculation of current Black students. It is important for Black Alumni Leaders to engage with current students to listen to their joys and challenges in hopes of providing wisdom and support.

Objectives:
1. Discuss the current student experience on campus
2. Deepen connections with current students and alumni
3. Sustain relationships between Black alumni, Black students, and universities and colleges.
