As a national body, the Collective celebrates and enhances activism across campuses to create equitable opportunities for black students.  

The Collective serves as a network that enables alumni to inform student recruitment strategies, provide mentorship to students, and support the student experience across multiple universities. 

Fundraising is a key component of Black alumni associations, and the Collective provides a platform for shared learning and tools in resource development.  

With the incredible network that the Collective offers, we engage alumni around the country (and world!) in community service initiatives and volunteer efforts. 

Creating leadership pipelines for Black alumni, students, and leaders is critical to the work of the Collective.  By convening around issues that are important to us, we are able to promote leadership professionally, socially, politically, and economically. 

The Collective creates outreach and engagement opportunities like never before. These fellowship opportunities convene alumni from across generations and help us celebrate our connection to our universities and, more importantly, to each other.
